Jerseys

1972-1974
Pentagon shape with the letter “M” and a bear paw combo inside with green and orange put together as the team’s logo. The horizontal stripe on the arms, a thick stripe and a thin stripe on the hem for both the light and the dark jersey.

1974-1980
The green and orange are gone, and welcome back brown for the first time since the 50s. The jersey design is very classic from their heyday; the logo is the same, but it is wider than the previous look.

1980-present
The Bears showed off their updated logo, replacing the pentagon around the paw with a nameplate that says "BEARS" with thick trims around the logo. They also add a logo (minus the nameplate and wide trims) on the shoulders.
