Jerseys

1972-1974
Green and white have been the team’s primary colours for years. The “COUGARS” wordmark sits on the front of both jerseys. Big stripe from cuff to elbow and a thick trim on the hem for both jerseys.

1974-1976
The Cougars went with a simple thick stripe on both arms and hem along a thin stripe on the yokes. The green got darker than the previous set they wore.

1976-1980
Cougars made changes to their look by removing the yoke stripes and replacing the “Cougars” wordmark logo with a brand-new logo that featured the “L” and a paw inside a square box.

1980-1981
For only the 1980-81 season, the Cougars will wear special jerseys for this occasion as part of the 75th anniversary. The home jersey, the team, paid homage to their first-ever season in 1905 with the word "Cougars" across the number "75" under it. The road jersey is based on their first season as part of the WCLH, but instead of the wordmark, it is the team's current logo, with the numbers being silver.
